Beginning The Canadian Securities Course

So one thing to update you all is the exam I need to write and pass. So if you didn't know, I was offered a job pending me writing and passing both volumes of the Canadian Securities Course.

The Canadian Securities Course is a 2 exam course based on securities and portfolio management. I have registered (which cost me $1000) for the course and now await my books in the mail. Just thinking about studying and writing exams makes me feel nervous but then I think about my current job and I end up telling myself, better put serious effort in these exams so you can move on with your life.

/sigh

I really need to buckle down and seriously study and just understand the material. Of course, it seems that every step I take forward, it's a challenging one. And thinking back, what I've done so far hasn't been that bad.

Thinking forward, all I can see is this career becoming more challenging, especialy with the goals you have to meet in order to 'graduate' from training. All I can do right now is think of the task at hand, take it one step at a time and focus on overcoming the obstacle at hand. Wish me luck readers.

Thanks and stay tuned for more.
