The 5BX Plan - 11 Minute Fitness Program

Seems that the biggest trend today is short effective workouts. I have an app on my iPhone called 7 Minute Workout and it's supposed to give you an effective workout in a short amount of time.

Let me present to you Canada's best military exercise secret, the 5BX Plan. The 5BX plan was invested in the 1950s and is a no equipment exercise program which is completed in 11 minutes and was designed to keep fighter pilots in shape while in remote locations.

Apparently, there are people out there who have been doing this program for the past 50 years and trainers who have looked at the program found it to be quite solid providing a few minor sit-up changes are made.

The program is divided into six levels each progressively hard than the last. Benchmarks are based on how many reps you can do and when you've completed a level, you move on to the next.
