Turn OFF Auto-Focus Microsoft LifeCam HD-5000
This quick video will show you how to turn OFF the auto-focus on your Microsoft LifeCam HD-5000 web camera. It’s all in the LifeCam Dashboard! This should work for any webcam that uses Lifecam software.

[..YouTube..] hey i have the lifecam studio 1080p HD cam…when i turn on the cam i get video at max for 2 minutes…then the screen is distorted like the video input is actually lost…do you know.why is it doing that???
[..YouTube..] the only way i found to keep it from turning back on is by keeping tru color unchecked other wise as soon as you restart the pc or or device it turns back on unfortunately means you need to fiddle with the settings to manly get the right coloring you want
