Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake


One of my all time favourite shakes to make is Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake. Simple to make and a very tasty treat.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake Ingredients

  • your favourite chocolate protein powder
  • one banana
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup of hemp milk
  • 1 cup of ice
Blend it all together and enjoy. The banana and ice will thicken your drink and make it very enjoyable. I like to enjoy one of these shakes as a snack in between meals. Enjoy!
