Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake Ingredients
- your favourite chocolate protein powder
- one banana
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
- 1 cup of hemp milk
- 1 cup of ice
Blend it all together and enjoy. The banana and ice will thicken your drink and make it very enjoyable. I like to enjoy one of these shakes as a snack in between meals. Enjoy!
