10 Ways To Boost Your Body's Natural Defences

10 Ways To Boost Your Body's Natural Defences

Well folks, today's health and wellness post comes from the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Seems today, people are doing and taking everything they can to keep their immune systems in top share to recover from illnesses.

Our "friends" at the World Economic Forum (WEF)have posted an article on 10 ways you can boost your body's natural defences. Upon reading these 10 suggestions, I have to say they pretty much make sense except ONE suggestion.

But first, let me count down the first 9 ways:

1. Know your sleep pattern, then honor it
2. Stay hydrated (there is no set number, drink until no longer thirsty)
3. Bathe in the forest (or at least smell the honeysuckle)
4. Don’t let stress slip by
5. Nurture your gut microbiota (take natural probiotic health foods)
6. Exercise at least moderately (20-30 min a day)
7. Dance more, flow more (even tai chi)
8. Take care of your skin (avoid harsh chemicals, sunscreen of at least SPF 15)
9. Keep up with checkups

And now the final suggest: Increase plant-based foods in your diet. From what I read and watched, eating a plant based diet actually attributes to immunodeficiencies. Watch the video below for all the details on living on a plant based diet.

But first and foremost, let me explain the reason the WEF advocates increasing a plant based diet. As the world very quickly moves into the Great Reset, the vision for 2030 is that "meat will be a treat eaten only once week and about 7 grams of it". There is a hidden agenda behind decreasing meat and you can look for it yourself on the WEF's website.

Below is a screenshot of a promotional video of the Great Reset; "an occasional treat, not a staple".

And there's your 10 9 ways to boost your body's natural defences.
